If you don’t periodically check your home for signs of dirt and grim then mold and mildew can grow. This can actually cause your home to decay and erode. Washing your home is the only way to prevent this. Soft washing not only takes away the mold and mildew that is present, but it also strips away the oxidation that is the actual cause of mold and mildew. So even if you don’t see it yet, it is still good to take precaution and wash the home.
